1. How do I order from you ?
We will make quotation after you send us your purchase plan (including product name, model and quantity). If you agree with the quotation, please send us your company name, address and telephone for goods delivery. We will make proforma invoice and inform you the payment way. Goods delivery details will also be informed accordingly.
Mostly payment should be completed by bank transferred T/T 100% in advance.
For sample order less than 1000USD, we will have to charge 30USD extra to compensate media bank charges.Paypal,Western Unionand L/C are also acceptable.USD, EUR and CNY are acceptable.
3. What is the shipping term?
For parcel less than 45kg, express courier is more economic.
We have big discount offer from FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT,EMS, and China Post.
For parcels more than 45kg, air cargo is a good option.
For parcel more than 2CBM, sea delivery is most economic.
You can ask your forwarder to pick up goods from us delivery.
We can also send goods to your forwarder as you request.
All in all, we will negotiate together and find the most reasonable delivery way according to your order size
4. What about the warranty period and after-sale service?
Dental equipment, like dental unit, autoclave, air compressor, x-ray unit, has one year warranty period.
If you have problem in using, you can describe the problem details, we will ask technician to give your
solution.Free spare parts can be provided if necessary.
5. Do you supply OEM service?
Yes, we can supply OEM service for dental unit. Air compressor, X-Ray unit, dental handpiece,endo files, gutta percha, points,ect.
6. Can you mark certificate of origin (C/O)?
Yes. Certificate of origin is applied when goods are sent.
