4 JF-6 single crystal orientation instrument

1. It adopts the latest imported X-ray light source and high-voltage power supply of the same type, which greatly improves the intensity of the rays, and has the characteristics of high stability and good durability. It is more suitable for special crystals and weak diffraction peaks that are not convenient for measurement, such as artificial or partially natural crystals such as diamond and indium phosphide.
2. The sample stage adopts the automatic rotation method, which is convenient for four-point measurement of the wafer, and the current rotation angle can be observed during the operation, which avoids the error of inaccurate placement of the manual rotating lens.

Mainly used for orientation and splice of sapphire crystal ingot which before cutting,it adjusts X-axis and Y-axis of crystal ingot by professionally designed fixture,calibrates departure angle of ingot then do splice with flitch. 7. Model YX-3 X Ray Orientation Instrument for seed crystal
The instrument consist of two goniometers.
Left goniometer is designed for crystal boule. The tailor made fixture is flexible installation and disassembly. The boule crystal will stick on the material carrier board and further stick on the fixture. Adjust X axis and Y axis on the fixture to find the peak value, after that, fix the fixture and disassemble the fixture and move it on the cutting or polishing machine for further process.

This equipment professionally used for orientation of crystal ingot reference surface when it is processed, it is a matching device for latter procedure of ex-circle barreling tool, operator can put ex-circle barreling tool and rubbed crystal bar on this angular instrument for orientation purpose, then rub the reference surface on plane grinding machine. Because its orientation angle is fixed, customer can select different crystal angle according to crystal material, for example: Angle of sapphire A, R surface; silicon, gallium arsenide arsenide, germanium(110) and others.(User can select crystal orientation angle when purchasing)
